مشاركت كاركنان تشويق و ترغيب كاركنان و اعضای سازمان به دادن تعهد و مشاركت هرچه بيشـتر در امر موفقيت سازمان است. پايه و اساس انديشه مزبور بر اين منطق قرار دارد كه كاركنان در فرآيند تصميماتی كه بر سرنوشت آنان اثر می¬گذارد، مشاركت می كننـد، در كـار اداری و سـازمانی خـود از آزادی عمل بيشتری برخوردارند و بر زندگی كاری خود كنترل هايی اعمال می نمايند . سازمان بـدين وسيله موجبات انگيزش هر چه بيشتر آنان را فراهم می آورد و افراد تعهد بيشتری به سازمان پيدا می كنند(هفستاد و همکاران، 2024). همچنين بازدهی ، توليد و بهره وری در سازمان افزايش می يابد و سرانجام اين كه آنان نسبت به كار خود، بيشتر ابراز رضايت می كنند (قاسمیان و همکاران، 1400).مشاركت كاركنان صفتی از كاركنان است. سازمان¬ها بنا به اصول و مأموريت¬هـای خـويش افـرادی را برای تحقق اهداف خود برمی گزينند. سرعت و دقت در دستيابی به اهداف و كاركرد و بهـره¬وری هـر سازمانی، بستگی زيادی به كاركنان وفادار و متعهدی دارد كه بـين اهـداف سـازمان و اهـداف فـردی خويش ارتباط نزديکی احساس نمايند و به شغل خـود نيـز درگيـری داشـته باشـند (لارونت و همکاران،2021).
